Sexism in the Workplace

To mark the International Day for the Fight of Violence Against Women, the MWF Institute is hosting an immersive workshop focused on the subtle yet pervasive forms of sexism in the workplace.
Violette and Garance will lead a forum theatre session entitled “Overt or Subtle Sexism: Two Sides of the Same Coin”, a participatory format that allows attendees to observe, understand, and experiment with different ways of responding to everyday sexist situations.
The aim is to identify the mechanisms of everyday sexism, recognize micro-aggressions that often go unnoticed, and collectively explore practical strategies for action. In a safe and supportive space, participants will be invited to reflect on their own role, whether as witness, victim, or actor, and consider how to respond, support, and foster a more respectful professional culture. This event is open to everyone wishing to better understand the impact of sexism at work and contribute to meaningful change.
